2. Where is your company located?

    

   A:Our company is located in Room 115,Building B,Flower City Venture Industrial Park,BangJiang Dong no.33,Da Long, Shi Lian Road,Panyu District,Guang Zhou City,Guang Dong province,China

    

3. When can I get the quotation?

    

   A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price,please call us directly or tell us by e-mail so that we will deal with your inquiry in priority.

    

4. What time do you work? How many days per week?

    

   A:Our working hours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. We work five days a week and rest on Saturday and Sunday.

    

1. Can you provide samples ? Are the samples free ?

    

   A: Yes , we can surely provide FREE samples for your testing and quality checking.But you have to pay for the shipping cost (generally speaking, our customers use courier account for samples arrangement,such as DHL,UPS,TNT,FEDEX)

    

2. What about your delivery time for mass production?

    

   A:This depends on the inventory situation, normal stock, can be shipped immediately. The delivery time of no inventory products is generally around 4-8 weeks. (The exact date depends on the product you purchased)

    

    

3. What payment term do you accept?

    

   A:We accept T/T; 30% deposit; 70% balance before shipping.
